An individualized discussion
Our role is to determine your desires thanks to a first questionnaire and thanks to phone communications or video conferencing via Skype, we thus analyze your project and give you advises concerning its feasibility according to the market.
When your whishes are well defined, and the research criteria established, we will send you a personal form you will have to fill in order to enable us to represent you during the visits.
Beginning of the mission
Once your project is defined, we use all the information sources that are at our disposal: classified advertisements, private individual, Real Estate agencies, notaries, lawyers and we visit the different properties that suits to your request.
If an opportunity has to be seized, we inform you as soon as we end our visit.
A detailed report
After each visit, you will receive by mail or by any other mean at your convenience, a detailed report with the positive, negative points, the exact location, the surroundings, and photos or videos too, which will enable you to have a first general survey of the property that is offered.
Your visits
Once several properties are selected, we organize with you your visit at LAS TERRENAS. We prepare a rigorous plan of visits at the same time we optimize your time. After each visit, we record your impressions and refine even more our prospecting.
Support
We give you all the information concerning the properties. Once we find the property you want, we negotiate the price with the seller, in all objectivity.
Finally, we make an appointment for you with the notary.
Besides supporting you during all the purchase process until the signing of the act with the notary, we will give you advises concerning the most appropriate juridical set-up.
End of the mission
Our first mission as a Real Estate representative will end when the final act is signed with the notary. The transaction fees will be paid only in case of success.
